I’m Lish, a marketing media, and mass communications strategist with more than a decade of experience building campaigns, managing partnerships, and creating digital strategies that drive engagement and measurable business growth. My career spans the intersection of brand storytelling, marketing operations, communications and content strategy, with a track record of delivering impact for brands, talent, and media platforms.
As a marketing strategist, brand-partnership leader and media entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience, I specialize in building influencer-driven campaigns, launching beauty and fashion activations, and creating content strategies that convert engagement into business growth. My career bridges luxury retail management, high-profile brand launches, and digital storytelling tailored to stylist and beauty-professional audiences.
As the Founder & Strategic Marketing Director of Witnessed By Lish, I transformed my personal brand into a recognized platform amplifying fashion, beauty and lifestyle narratives. I increased platform traffic by 700% in six months, curated elevated influencer-filled events, and converted digital audiences into brand-partner opportunities and merchandise customers. I also led the launch campaign of the Ron Dyce Beauty line, structuring partner marketing assets, influencer collaborations and live event activations.
My previous consulting experience includes developing brand-partner marketing strategy and influencer content for luxury fashion house Ron Dyce, securing integrations at NYFW and Hamptons activations, and building content partnerships with media outlets such as Entertainment Now!, FUBU Radio and FM HipHop. These experiences reinforce my expertise in vendor collaboration, cross-channel campaign execution, hairstylist and beauty-industry engagement, and data-driven optimization.
With a B.S. in International Trade & Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology (SUNY) and global study experience in Hong Kong and Taipei, I bring an international lens to consumer behavior and culture-driven storytelling. I combine this with authentic beauty-industry fluency — as a Sephora Rouge member and active journalist — giving me unique insight into product trends, stylist needs and influencer content that resonates.
